Steps to Install/Setup
1. Login to AISM UI using provided credentials, e.g. login.CompanyName.aisera.com
2. Select "Channels" from drop down
3. Click on "+ Add New Channel" and select "Webchat"
4. Click "Next" to set up general parameters

Channel Name |
Name of the Channel as it appears in Admin UI. |
Chatbot Name |
This is displayed in the header along with the logo. |
Logo |
Logo is positioned in the middle of the web chat upper tab. |
Header Background Color |
The chat window's header background color. |
Header Text Color |
The chat window's header text color. |
Border Color |
The border color used in the header, input field etc. |
Show Aisera Logo |
Whether to show the Aisera logo in the chat window footer. |
Footer Message |
A message displayed in the web chat footer. |
5. Click "Next" to define authentication method
Name |
Description |

Users are prompted to enter an email. |
Auto |
An auto-generated email is used instead of prompting users to enter an email. |
SSO |
Sing sign on. Aisera generates a email for end users so that end users don't need to enter their email to interact with the chat. |
Login Fields |
The fields you add here are displayed in the login page in addition to the user email, and they are accessible in the flows using the sessionVars variable. |
Login Instructions |
Optional instructions to be displayed in the login page. |
If you choose SSO as the authentication method, you will need to provide the following info:

The SSO provider's url that Aisera uses to login.

If none specified, the issuer will be automatically generated based on the cluster environment as 'aisera-saml-{clusterType}'. (e.g. aisera-saml-staging) |

6. Click "Next" to define Conversation Styling

The icon of the Virtual Assistant |

The hyperlinks text color. |
7. Click "Next" to define Opener options

Opener Icon |
Opener is the round button hovering in the bottom right/left corner |
Opener Background Color |
The color of the Opener. A container for the opener is bigger that the container for the image of the opener, which creates a 10px border. |
Opener Size |
The size of the chat window opener. |
Opener Right |
The offset of the chat window opener from the container window right edge. |
Opener Button |
The offset of the chat window opener from the container window bottom edge. |
Opener Message Time |
The Opener Message specified below is displayed if web chat is not opened during this time. |
Opener Message |
This message is displayed if web chat is not opened during the Opener Message Time specified above. Leave empty to use the greeting and recommendation from the conversation messages. |
