Audience – Administrators
Prerequisites
- Ensure that you have access to the Aisera Admin UI
- Make sure you are an Administrator so you have access to manage roles
Managing Roles in Aisera
1. To view and manage your roles in Aisera, head over to Settings > User Accounts.

2. To add a new user account, navigate to the top right and click New User Account.
3. Fill out the Email, Temporary Password and Name and choose which roles you would like to grant this user.
💡Keep in mind that assigning multiple roles will give the user the most access possible from all of the roles assigned. IT user, IT Specialist, Operation Manager and VP/Director IT Operations roles are used by AIOps, a different product line. |
