Salesforce configuration required
Aisera Tenant Configuration (optional)
Aisera Ticket AI Set up in Service Console
Salesforce configuration required:
1. Enable Chatter in the Salesforce instance
2. Aisera will send out required information to you including Salesforce App Exchange package installation link, Username & password to the Tenant on Aisera end and an app token. Save this email as these will be needed to authenticate Salesforce instance with the Aisera system.
3. Customer IT Admin will install the package in their environment by clicking on the URL and logging in to their org
3a. Customer can explore the components available in the package
3b. Success Message
4. Navigate to the Installed Packages page under Set up menu
5. Assign the licenses to the appropriate users
6. Click on the ‘Configure’ link next to the Aisera record
7. Click on ‘Existing Account’ button to login
8. Login to Aisera using the credentials provided in the welcome email
9. Click on the ‘Home’ tab on the top salesforce navigation bar to take you to the Setup menu again
10. Search for Remote Site Settings
11. Create new records for remote site settings using the information provided in the Welcome email

Aisera Tenant Configuration (optional):
1. Login to Aisera tenant using the URL provided
2. Navigate to the Ticket AI tab
3. Click on the ‘Configure’ sub-tab and adjust the configuration as needed
Aisera Ticket AI Set up in Service Console:
1. Open the Service Console app from the App switcher menu
2. Navigate to any Case record
3. Click on the gear icon on top right to launch the Lightning App Builder
4. Drag and drop the Aisera Ticket AI managed component onto the layout.
5. Save & Activate the changes
6. Optionally, edit the Case record page layout to expose the relevant Aisera custom fields and rearrange the layout as necessary.
