Target Audience - Zendesk Admin
Customer installation instructions
1. Click the Admin icon (cog wheel) in the sidebar, then select Apps > Manage.
2. Click Upload App.
3. Enter a Name for the app, click Choose file and select the zip file (will be provided by the Aisera team at the time of installation) for your private app.
4. Click Upload.
5. In the pop-up box that appears, click Agree and Upload the app.
6. You will now be redirected to the App details page.
7. Fill up the form with the following information:

8. Click Install at the bottom. If you are reinstalling the app, you may see an Update button instead of an Install button.
