Problem Description:
Permission Denied error when use with a custom role uses AI Lens.
Steps to Re-create:
- Create a new custom role with read permission for the intent entity only.
- Assign this custom role to an Aisera user.
- In the Aisera Admin UI, have them open the AI Lens menu.
- They will get a permission error because they need to have access to the channel entity, as described below.
Recommendation for Fix or Workaround:
Revise the custom role to include the following permissions for the following entities:
intent
– Readchannels
– ReadAiseraGPT
– Read
