Problem Description:

Permission Denied error when use with a custom role uses AI Lens.

Steps to Re-create:

1. Create a new custom role with read permission for the intent entity only.
2. Assign this custom role to an Aisera user.
3. In the Aisera Admin UI, have them open the AI Lens menu.
4. They will get a permission error because they need to have access to the channel entity, as described below.
    

Recommendation for Fix or Workaround:

Revise the custom role to include the following permissions for the following entities:

• intent – Read
• channels – Read
• AiseraGPT – Read
